EXT. ANDREW’S FRONT GARDEN - DAY

ANDREW, a man in his mid-thirties arrives in his car with CHRIS who is of a similar age. They both get out and Chris pulls his suitcase out from the backseat. Chris looks over at Andrew’s house, which is small but very homely looking.

ANDREW
So I’ve been here with the family for five years now. I think the last time you were over we were somewhere else.

CHRIS
Yeah this is the first time I’ve seen this place. It’s quite a small house you’ve got here.

ANDREW (SMILING)
True, but it’s home. Come on, I’ll show you the place.

INT. ANDREW’S HALLWAY - DAY

Andrew takes the suitcase off Chris and sits it down.

ANDREW
The sitting room’s through that door there.

Chris opens the door and walks through.

EXT. A WIDE OPEN MEADOW - DAY

Chris steps out through the door to find himself in a vibrant meadow with rolling green hills in the distance. In front of him on the grass there are two sofas and a coffee table. Andrew’s wife Joanne is sat on one with a baby in her arm. She looks over, smiles and waves at her husband and Chris.

ANDREW
Not bad, don’t you think?

Chris is at a loss for words. He looks simply astounded.

ANDREW (contd.)
So you want to see the rest of the house?

INT/EXT. ANDREW’S KITCHEN/ A GOLDEN ORHCARD - DAY

Andrew and Chris walk into the kitchen which seamlessly transcends from kitchen countertops to a lush, golden orchard.

ANDREW
This is the kitchen.

Andrew walks up to a tree, pulls off an apple and hands it to Chris who has a look of wonderment on his face.

EXT. A CALM, BLUE LAKE - DAY

Andrew and Chris step out to the edge of a wide blue lake with a waterfall on the other side. In the lake, Andrew’s daughter of ten, MILLIE is playing with a rubber duck. Andrew’s teenage son is sitting on the other side dipping his feet into the pool.

MILLIE
Hi Daddy.

ANDREW
Hi sweetie.

CHRIS (IN AWE)
So this is the - uh - bathroom?

ANDREW
It is indeed.
And the toilet’s just across the hall.

EXT. ON THE SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN - DAY

Andrew’s father is sitting on a toilet, on the side of a mountain, engrossed in a newspaper.

INT./EXT. ANDREW’S HALLWAY/ A WIDE OPEN SHORELINE - NIGHT.

ANDREW
This is where you’ll be sleeping.

They walk through the door and step out onto a wide endless shore. On the sand there’s a bed and a bedside table. Overhead, the sky is brilliantly starry and clear. Chris once more is lost for words and there is a look of bliss in his eyes as he gazes around.

EXT. ANDREW’S HALLWAY- DAY

ANDREW
It may be small, but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

CHRIS (Struggling for words)
I can’t… I had no idea… This place is amazing…

ANDREW

Like I said, It’s home. But if you think that’s nice, you should see the back garden.

EXT. A VAST ROLLING LANDSCAPE - DAY

We see a seemingly endless landscape of mountains and greenery. It is truly breathtaking.
